Blu Apple Review and Giveaway!!

I work long ten hour days, three to four days a week. So I take these giant salads to work with me so that I can have something all day long. My weeks are kind of odd because me and D2 get paid in the same week, so we shop twice in one week, which makes keeping veggies and fruits good for longer than three or four days is rough. I can not stand brown lettuce. ICK!!! I partnered with blu apple in a review to help save my fruits and veggies!!
Some quick science behind blu apple.
Ethylene Gas is given off by all living plants, especially when it comes to Fruits, Veggies and Flowers. The release of this gas is thought to cause the ripening process. When you store these fruits and veggies in the fridge it speeds up the ripening process even quicker. Which sucks, because your fruits and veggies are not cheap.
Blu Apple helps absorb and neutralize that ethylene gas in turn making your fruits and veggies last two to three times longer! Each Apple contains a packet of NON TOXIC pellets, each packet lasts three months, and after three months you can actually open up the packet of pellets and use them for fertilizer in houseplants or your garden!!
Blu apple also creates another product called veggie zips, food storage bags used to control humidity for perfect types of fruits and veggies!! VeggieZips are vented with the patent-pending U-Vent technology, which allows fresh air in and helps the ethylene gas escape through the small flaps that cover the bag. Each bag comes with a HydroLiner, which is a soft, cloth-like towel that can be used wet, dry, or not at all depending on the needs of the produce. When storing produce that needs additional moisture to stay fresh, like lettuce, cilantro, or green onions, dampen the HydroLiner, gently wrap the HydroLiner around the produce, place in the VeggieZips bag, store in the refrigerator, and re-dampen the HydroLiner as necessary. If you are storing produce that needs excess moisture absorbed, like mushrooms, berries, and cauliflower, wrap the produce in a dry HydroLiner, place in the VeggieZips bag, and store in the refrigerator. There are some produce types that do not need excess moisture added or absorbed, like peppers, eggplant, and nectarines. With these, just place the produce inside a VeggieZips bag without a HydroLiner and store in your refrigerator
If you visit Blu Apple you can find some nifty Storage Tips

As you can see the apple itself is not very big so it does not take up to much space. So I stuck this apple in my fridge almost two weeks ago. Let me tell you this little apple is going to save me a ton of money! that head of lettuce there was an extra one I had purchased as my experiment.....Below you can see it is still beautifully green, I checked it over not one single brown Spot! Thank you blu apple!!

Blu Apple was kind enough to sponsor a giveaway as well! Three (Yes I said Three ) Lucky winners will receive a two pack of blue apple and a box of veggie zips and liners!!

So lets get to it then!!

Buncha Farmers review and giveaway!

So you have this adorable white shirt, and you love this shirt. Naturally because you are wearing white you will stain it. That is just how it goes, You never spill anything on that black shirt, but that white one you will, because opposites attract. The other day I was applying my Charcoal face mask while I was wearing my white shirt. It is funny because before I started to open my face mask,  I thought to myself  I should take my white shirt off. Then my second thought was I never spill my face mask. It is like liquid gold, it will be fine...... By now you probably get where I am going with this. So it happened. My charcoal face mask is now on my favorite white shirt that I can no longer wear in public because it now has two dark grey splotches. Charcoal stains everything so why would it ever wash out of a white shirt. Then Like a Beacon of hope, UPS Shows up with this glorious package from Buncha Farmers! Inside is two of everything. One for me to try and one for you to win!! Yes a giveaway coming! Keep yourself Posted!

This stain stick is pretty simple to use.
1. Wet the stick
2. rub on stain
3. wash as normal
the ingredients of the stick are pretty simple, and it has an essential oil in it, So that is a win for me! So after washing with Buncha Farmers Laundry Detergent, it is gone!

The laundry detergent has super simple ingredients too! one container will get you 50 loads of laundry. I know that does not seem like much, but to me that is. So typically one small bottle of the small child's old laundry detergent would last us maybe two weeks, 50 loads of laundry is quite a bit for us. The laundry soap comes with a teaspoon scoop for you to measure it out with. Their products have Biodegradable and all natural ingredients!

Buncha Farmers makes more than laundry detergent and stain removers though.

I have not quite had the chance to check out their soaps, and sadly I did not get any skin creams to try, but I have been making wonderful use of one of the lip balms they sent! I LOVE IT! So making use of honey in my house is a huge thing! I use it in more than just my tea! I use it for cooking, for colds, if you think it up I have probably used it for that reason. I was not to sure what Manuka Honey was, but I looked in to it and I am intrigued by it. Manuka Honey is produced in New Zealand to pollinate the Native Manuka bush. Manuka Hone is used for medicinal purposes more than anything. It is used for treating infections and other conditions.

So now it is my favorite part of the post!!!

Masked Beauty has you covered!

Recently I was given the chance to review a few new face masks from Masked Beauty! I was pretty excited! I am all about pampering myself. my daily life keeps me pretty busy and the smallest human does what a normal toddler does! After about hearing mom for the millionth time I need a little treat for me!

First off Masked Beauty is sold at Albertsons and many other retailers across the country. All around the low price of 7.99! Oh yes so not only do you get something to pamper yourself with but you do not need to sell your soul for it either!!
These face masks are packed with ingredients that will rejuvenate, brighten, tone and hydrate your skin. I have now tried both of them and My face felt amazing after the use of each one!
The two masks that where sent to me was the Purifying Charcoal and Diamond face mask and the Exfoliating Coffee and Chocolate Face Mask. Both Smell Great, with the the chocolate and coffee ( which was my favorite) to the light floral like scent of the charcoal and diamonds! Both are lightweight, and they do not dry all the way so I don't feel like I have just caked wet cement on my face.  I also got silicone applicators with them as well... Now I do not know about you, but I was not aware these where a

thing. BTW I am in love with those! I literally can not tell you how excited I am that I do not have to apply face mask with my fingers anymore. Also no more wasted product!!!

I am over the moon about these two face masks, and I hope in the future the company will allow me to feature more of their products for you! I really hope you guys go to the closest retailer and pick one up! let me know what mask you tried and what your thoughts where!!

Sugru review

Sugru, have you ever heard of it ?? I have but I was super skeptical of it. How can a play doh like material that could do pretty much everything ?? Well I am here to tell you I am a believer and Sugru will be a must in my house hold! So what is Sugru? It is pretty simple it is a moldable glue. You mold it, let it dry and bam project done! It can be used to repair something broken. You can use it for home improvements. Have something you need to hang but have no hooks? Sugru one! trust me whatever you need done, sugru will have your back! It is kind of addicting! seriously it is play doh for adults!! It can be slightly addicting.

The first thing I did with Sugru was repaid a USB for my wireless mouse. So My USB has been broke for some time now, and we where afraid to keep removing it from the computer because the inside components where exposed and wiggled around. we didn't want to damage it anymore that it already was. We are cheap and did not want to spring for a new wireless mouse. So taking into consideration that sugru was created to repair, that is what I did. Now my end result is not pretty or fancy, but it worked and it is doing what I need it to do. it covered up the inside of the USB and makes it easier for me to remove from the computer and place in another one! It stands up to solid, I am not worried about it cracking or crumbling, it is kind of wonderful! I have not quite decided what I am going to do next with Sugru, But if you follow my instagram I am sure you will see it when I post it up! I love this stuff and you will too!

What is your sugru fix ??
